The menu at the restaurant is flexible. As opportunities present themselves in terms of seasonal variations or the sudden availability of some seafood or other speciality, we take advantage of the opportunity and change the offerings.
Lobstering has been a mainstay of the local economy for over 100 years. All of the lobster served at the Islesford Dock comes from the Cranberry Isles Fisherman's Co-Op. The Co-Op, on the next dock, is an organization of local lobstermen dedicated to sustainable fishing practices.
The Dock's commitment to our customers is to serve lobster taken from the water and cooked the day you eat it.
